ABOUT USHow I Got Started

My journey into the enchanting world of glass purses began with a serendipitous discovery: salvaged glass blocks from a fallen building in Los Angeles. At first, I envisioned the square glass blocks as bookends, but then when I stumbled upon a beautifully rounded 8-inch glass block, a spark ignited within me. What if, I thought, I could transform this uniquely shaped, rounded, piece of glass block into a purse?

After two years of experimentation and determination, I finally decided to embrace this challenge. With the rounded glass block expertly cut and polished, I was ready to breathe life into my vision. When my husband surprised me with a drill press and grinder for Christmas, it felt like the universe was encouraging my passion. Armed with diamond-tipped drill bits, I eagerly began drilling through the thick glass, my heart racing with each piece created. With every step, I was one step closer to crafting a unique shoulder-style glass purse, and the thrill of bringing this idea to fruition had finally met my expectations. Each piece I created was a celebration of creativity and craftsmanship, and I thought I can’t wait to share this passion with the world!  Fast forward to today’s version of my glass purse idea, with the use of a much lighter German-made unbreakable glass, gleaming chrome and brass finishes, and colorful crystal bead adornments, I am so thrilled to offer my many creations you will now discover in our Luxury Collection.
